Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–3 working days of receiving your order. Delivery itself then takes 2–7 working days, depending on the country.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Austria: € 5.99. Shipping is free on orders of € 99 or more.
Within the EU: € 9.99. Shipping is free on orders of € 129 or more.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking link, so you always know where your parcel is.
Do you also deliver outside the EU?
Not at the moment. As soon as we expand internationally, we'll let you know (ideally via our newsletter).
Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (invoice & instalments), SEPA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet: yes – just write to us quickly at office@zweiherzig.com. Once it has been shipped, it can only be handled as a return.
What if a product is sold out?
We produce in small quantities, so individual designs may be temporarily sold out. As soon as new stock arrives, you can order them again – newsletter subscribers are the first to know.
Products & care
What are the products made of?
All our towels, bathrobes and kimonos are made from 100% cotton. No blended fibres, no polyester.
Where are the products made?
Our towels, bathrobes and some of our kimonos are hand-woven in small family workshops in the Turkish region of Denizli – one of the historically most important areas for cotton weaving. Our other kimonos come from Jaipur in India.
How do I care for the towels?
Machine wash at 40 °C, do not tumble dry, iron on setting 2 if needed. You'll find more details in our care guide.
Are the towels suitable for the beach?
Our classic bubble-weave towels (Alora, Rainbow, Stripsy, Daisy) are made for the bathroom, spa and sun lounger – they don't like sand and gravel very much, because the small bobbles in the weave are sensitive to them.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return products?
Yes. You have a 30-day return period from receipt of the goods. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
How do returns work?
Go to Start a return, enter your order number and follow the steps. You'll receive a shipping label by email – send the parcel back, done.
Who pays for return shipping?
You bear the cost of returning the goods yourself.
How much does return shipping cost?
Within Austria: € 9.99.
Within the EU: € 14.99.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as your return has arrived and we have checked the goods, we'll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
