Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 1–3 business days of order receipt. Actual delivery then takes 2–7 business days depending on the country.
What does shipping cost?
Within Austria: € 5.99. Shipping is free for orders over € 149.
Within the EU: € 9.90. Shipping is free for orders over € 199.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link. This way you always know where your package is.
Do you also deliver outside the EU?
Not currently. As soon as we expand our product range internationally, we will let you know (preferably via newsletter).
Order
What payment methods are available?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna (invoice & installments), SEPA.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped: yes, quickly write to us at office@zweiherzig.com. Once shipping has started, it can only be done via returns.
What if a product is sold out?
We produce in small quantities, so individual designs may be temporarily sold out. As soon as new stock arrives, it will be available again — the newsletter will be the first to know.
Products & Care
What material are the products made of?
All our towels, bathrobes and kimonos are made of 100% cotton. No blended fibers, no polyester.
Where are the products made?
Our towels, bathrobes and some of the kimonos are hand-woven in small family manufactories in the Turkish region of Denizli — one of the historically most important areas for cotton weaving. Other kimonos come from India - Jaipur.
How do I care for the towels?
Machine wash at 40 °C, do not tumble dry, iron if necessary at level 2. More details can be found on our care page.
Are the towels suitable for the beach?
Our classic bubble weave towels (Alora, Rainbow, Stripsy, Daisy) are made for the bath, thermal spa and sun lounger — they don't like sand and gravel much, because the small bobbles in the weave react sensitively to them.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return products?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How do returns work?
Go to Initiate return, enter your order number and follow the steps. You will receive a shipping label by email — send the package back, done.
Who bears the return costs?
You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
What does return shipping cost?
Within Austria: € 9.99.
Within the EU: € 14.99.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as your return has arrived and we have checked the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
